On the 21st of November, a round table discussion organized by Open Access Belgium, will bring together research administration and libraries to have an in-depth discussion about the financial implications of transformative agreements and the monitoring of cost for Open Access publishing.
More specifically, the event will involve APC monitoring by universities, Electron on the cost of Open Access, ESAC and Bicfb on the mechanisms of the current transformative agreements in place and a group discussion on Open Access publishing costs and transformative agreements. The half day event will also provide the opportunity to exchange experiences on the current transformative agreements and attitude towards open access agreements. |
